Clan Roles

1. Commander:
Will lead the clan with passion and give equal opportunity for all to voice their opinions. The CO will also follow all rules he has created and assume any responsibilities that are not covered. The CO will support all members and make an effort to get to know them.
2. Executive Officer:
Has the ability to fill in for the Clan Commander anytime it is required. A Clan XO needs to be a role model for the rest of the clan. They should be participating more than most and supporting clan members. An XO should always be in TeamSpeak when in the game so that clan members can share new ideas or discuss other elements of the clan with them. XOs should be confident in their decisions and not allow others to overrule them. Finally, XOs need to keep the momentum of the clan moving in a positive and forward direction.
3. Personnel Officer:
Personnel Officers handle three different clan functions; Tracking Attendance, Tracking Participation and Clan Wars. Each Personnel Officer is in control of one of these sections.

4. Combat Officer:
Main callers of the clan. Able and willing to call all types of battles. Acts as a mentor for all lower tiered callers and supports/ helps them with their calling. Are responsible for coming up with new strategies for Advances and Clan Wars. They must know how to use StratSketch and are able to communicate new strategies to the team during clan wars. Shows an ability to lead and direct players in a respectful manner. They must also be able to control the team and enforce clan rules when necessary.
5. Intelligence Officer:
Intelligence Officers will approach members that exhibit rule breaking or lack of understanding the calls or how to play their tank in advances or clan wars games. They will do this between games after the caller has asked for tanks. Intelligence Officers will be pulling members out reguardless off rank.
6. Recruitment Officer:
Recruitment Officer’s job is to fill clan spots as they become available in the clan. ROs will be notified of spots opening a week before inactive members are removed from the clan so that they can spend that week finding members to fill those spots. As ROs may have to fill a lot of slots in one week, they are exempt from all boxes requirements as long as they are doing their job. All ROs must report the names and number of people they have lined up to the Personnel Director. Any RO who does not complete the task assigned to them is subject to a demotion.
7. Quartermaster:

8. Junior Officer:
Someone who has demonstrated dedication to the clan by getting 150 battles. They must be able to step up to the plate and take charge if they are the highest ranking person in the room.
9. Private:
Has dedication to the clan and participates in clan activities.

10. Recruit:
For the clan members who have failed to get the required amount of battles in the specified period or have been inactive.
11. Reservist:
For the clan members who have failed to get the required amount of battles in the specified period or have been inactive.
